
PRESIDENT/CEO
Olga “Cookie” Mapula is the President and CEO of Border Research Solutions. Ms. Mapula is a fourth generation Hispanic resident of the Southwest Border Region. Ms Mapula has been involved in research and evaluation projects for over three decades and has managed her own research company for twenty years. As President and CEO of BRS, she is responsible for the management of its professional staff in servicing its contracts. She also oversees all administrative functions for the company. Ms. Mapula brings thirty-five years of progressive experience in administration, communications, planning, research and evaluation. In management she has demonstrated high standards of performance with colleagues and clients and is knowledgeable in the administration of state and federal contracts. Ms. Mapula is widely recognized as a community leader through membership in numerous civic organizations and boards. She has been the recipient of many awards in recognition of her efforts on behalf of social and economic improvements for the border region.

VICE PRESIDENT
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Guillermo E. Avila is Vice President of Border Research Solutions, LLC. and provides Technical Support assistance for all of BRS tasks Mr. Avila has over 40 years experience working on Federal, State, and local computer and network projects. Mr. Avila designs, installs, and implements the database and storage solutions necessary to support BRS research's data collection, data entry and data analysis efforts.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Diana Mota is the Project Coordinator for Border Research Solutions. She is an expert in survey research with skills including quality control, response rates, developing and managing databases, and recruiting, training and supervising interviewers. She also has experience in program evaluation and needs assessment studies.
Other experience includes management of public involvement programs. Activities included developing mailing lists for working groups and public meetings, setting up sites for work groups meetings, media advertisement of public meetings, translations of media advertisement to Spanish.
Diana is fully bilingual in English/Spanish. She has expertise in computer software applications including Access, Excel, Word and Internet Explorer.

Maribel Alomari is a Health Educator for Border Research Solutions. She has 5 years experience working on a variety of research projects focusing on the El Paso border community. She also has experience developing and implementing health care programs.
